I've used it twice. I used Dent Wizard. The first one was a shopping cart dent and it was effectively completely removed. I can vaguely see where it was, but I doubt anyone else would find it without being told exactly where to look.

The second one was a large dent in the hood. The first Dent Wizard guy declined to work on it. I took it to the Dent Wizard guy associated with Dick's Autobody in Somerville, and he took a shot at it. I was very satisfied with the result.

So try your closest Dent Wizard guy. If you're not satisfied, or if it's difficult, you might try a Dent Wizard person that a high-end autobody shop recommends.

I have a question about paintless dent removal.  When I first bought my car I had to change the front left tire due to a flat.  I did it at night by the side of the road and missed the jack point.  So I ended up jacking the car up on a point right next to the jack point and it caused the metal to buckle.

Is this something that can be fixed without paint?
