Directions for Applicants

Please take the time to read and understand all of the instructions on this page, and the Driving School Event Description page, before registering for this event. Please use the Online Registration system to register for this event.

We will be using PayPal this year for driving school registration fees. After your application is received, you will be sent an email containing payment details. Your date of registration will be your online filing date, provided you send payment via PayPal for the proper amount within three days of your online registration. If your payment is more than three days after your online registration date, you will be recorded as having registered on the date the payment was made.

In order to receive a refund of your entry fee, you must cancel before 11:59 PM May 17, 2007 AND we must find another driver to take your spot. All cancellations will be charged a $25 processing fee regardless of when received.

The cost for this school is US $190 per driver.  The cost for first time novice drivers is US $90.  Please re-read the payment terms, wait list rules, and cancellation policy on the Driving School Event Description page.

Downloadable Forms

If you have been accepted as a student for this event, please download and read these two forms before leaving for the driving school. Each student must download and read this information prior to the event.

1. Day Of Event Information: Day of Event Info (.pdf) This document contains directions, where to park, general information, and the text of the Helmet Waiver and the Student Waiver. These two waivers must be read and understood prior to participation in the Driving School; you will be required to sign both waivers at the registration desk in the presence of the registrars before entry into the event. If you are not in agreement with the terms of the Student or Helmet Waiver, please contact the registrar immediately.

2. Pre-Event Safety Inspection Report: Tech Form (.pdf) or Tech Form (.doc) The Pre-Event Safety Inspection Report must be presented to the Boston Chapter Tech Personnel at the track on the day of the event. You will not be allowed to drive the vehicle on the track without first presenting a signed and completed Pre-Event Safety Inspection Report. Failure to present a completed Pre-Event Safety Inspection Report will disqualify you from participation in the event and your entry fee will be forfeited.
