Motion to call to order.
1. Call to Order (Barry Tarr)
2. Secretary's Report (Will Farnsworth)
- Minutes reviewed and accepted.
- Chapter Directory handed out.
3. Vice Presidents/Activities Report (Ann Marie Weber)
- Gallery in Norwood agreed to hold 3 Q meeting.
- Will do 4 Q meeting at Mini dealership.
- Concours was great - 54 cars but not enough judges. Concours netted $300.00. Derek wants to use this money to make better signs - given board OK to do so. Talk with Jen, possibly.
- 3 Q meeting - how about put in 2nd or 3rd week and do autocross awards at separate meeting. On thought is to hire a speaker for each quarterly meeting. Discussion about who to get for speakers.
4. Treasurers Report (Bruce Augenstein)
- Regalia slipped into the red.
- Autocross - purchased van. Change of venue from Weymouth to Devans which increased expenses.
- Have $38,000 in bank. Sent $25,000 to Ing people for savings.
- Club race that Gordon Cooper ran netted $2,000 profit.
- Web page $2,800 charge for redoing site, which we voted on and approved.
- Advertising collections are good.

6. Bimmer Report (Suzin Koehler)
- BMW Group paid there advertising for the year. Over $5,000 outstanding.
- Should have 28 page Bimmer for August.
- Need to keep track of assets - scanner and software that was bought and given to Justin needs to be recovered.
- People need to do Bio's for web site info.
7. Driving Events Report (Joe Marko)
- Watkins Glen - 24 instructors signed up. Looking for more. Looking to break even on event.
- September school to start registration 7/8. No mention of it, but as of 7/10 have 56 people signed up.
- October club race is a go. White Mountain chapter will participate.
8. New Business (Barry Tarr)
- Komen - 4 dealerships participated - food was just OK.
- Request to purchase digital camera(s) - camera discussion - payoff would come from expenses of photo developing. Dan and Suzin will work out details on camera's and present to board for e-mail vote. - Motion to appropriate $2,000.00 for purchase of cameras and software and to find best fit and present to board though e-mail. Motion seconded, vote taken and motion passed.
- Concours event - MOT locals are very helpful - Propose that we donate $500.00 to MOT - Motion seconded, vote taken and motion passed.
- Castle Hill - There will be Boston chapter presence at event. Preferred parking at top of hill for vintage exhibit.
- Event insurance rebates will be no-more. Driving school group to review margins based on this.
