Great Input; April Fools..

by Armand Aquino

We have been receiving great ideas for the newsletter. Thanks for the constant input!

In this issue, you will find a special section in the New Member's List. This section has a diagram showing some club membership statistics. Soon, I hope, we will be able to incorporate a "Lending Tools and Library" section. The challenge is that we, as a club, currently do not have enough tools and books to loan to members. We are/will be seeking donations from fellow members, sponsors, and other organizations. Please contact our Librarian and our Tool Box person for details.

As for the previous issue, most of you have realized that I was writing an April Fool's joke. For those who have been inquiring about my new car... Unfortunately, I DO NOT have a "Euro-spec" M3. That reality only resides in my dreams! Further, my car is much older, was purchased through normal means (not smuggled within a shipping container of Warsteiner Beer and Bratwurst), and does not even come close to the performance of an M3 of any year... I also do not have dynoed sheets of my car yet. But I will have it in HMS' shop soon...

I guess the April Fools joke would have been more apparent had the newsletter arrived as planned. The major snow storm that plastered us with two feet of snow significantly reduced our process time. As cars were snowed in or road ways and streets were blocked with snow, one can just imagine the horror as we tried to go about our normal workday. As the newsletter keeps getting more complicated, we will keep aiming to improve our delivery throughput. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Cheers,
Armand
