Please help me my car has burn't out 4 fuel pumps in 2months and no one seems to know whats going on...

You haven't provided a lot of info here, but running the car low on fuel or water/Ice in the tank will damage a fuel pump. Pumps are typically quite robust and can handle a lot of fuel volume. Keeping them from over heating & seizing up depends on them pumping fuel & not air. Also, Ice clogging the pick-up screen will overload the pump motor.

Are you in fact sure that it is the pump that fails? Have we evaluated the fuel pump relay and the rest of the fuel pump circuit wiring? A seized or overloaded pump will typically also blow the fuel pump fuse.
