Does anyone know how to adjust the parking brake on a 200 BMW 528i.

You might have figured it out by now, but if not, you access the adjusters by removing the rear wheels and turn the rotor so one of the lug bolt holes is at the bottom. Look in with a flashlight and you will see a star wheel that adjusts the parking brake shoes. The adjusters turn the opposite way on each side of the car to move the shoes apart.

I'll see if I can post a pic. (I'm kinda new on this board)

On my Z3, there is also adjusted at the hand brake lever -- pull the boot off and you'll see the adjuster. This obviously affects both wheels.
