But when I called they told me they don't do leak down tests (which I've been told is important on an E36 M3 due to the possibility of having been horribly shifted) or compression tests. Pre-purchase inspection is $70.

Do I need to find a different shop, or will they make me happy without a leak down test? Recommendations?
