I was only able to take shots during lunch while these guys were running the elements course... my wife took most of the rest on the second course of the day.

If you'd like, this time around I can set you up with an inside- or outside-mounted video camera and we can catch one of your insane runs properly!!

Mark, it is a common thing not to discuss any incidents that might or might not have occured anywhere near any autocross event.

While that sounds paranoid, it's best to keep that unspoken policy. The less attention we attract from any outside source, the better it is for our chances to continue using the site.

I know that's not what you wanted to hear, but from some experience - this is the way to go.

Yes, Larry and crew do a great job getting so many people max seat time and I thought the two track format at the last event I went to was very good. I'm just a little curious as to why that is suddenly considered not viable as the e-mail I received just said "an incident" occured. Just being nosey I suppose:)

From what I've read lurking on some other forums, Larry has been considering a restructuring of the Event to give more seat time, which I'm sure we can all appreciate!!

And, as for bringing out the Evos... I think we've already got 7 registered!! Looking forward to some playtime on the tarmac again!!

Anyone know what happened at this event to cause the dropping of the two course format at the next autocross? My wife and I were registered but when I got back from vacation and went to pay before the 23rd July deadline I found we had been bumped. Have worked a while to get baby sitters and my wife interested in coming to an event so was a little miffed!

Great pics, and a seriously AWESOME test n tune.

Only downside for me was a little sunburn ;)

And really, THANK YOU to everyone who puts these events together they really are the best around.

It was sweet having the GT3RS and the Turbo in our run group...you both have gorgeous automobiles. The color on the RS is simply brilliant!

That was me! It helped that I was working right near the difficult parts of the course. Huge thanks for returning the favor! Its not everyday some of us get to ride in a GT3 RS, let alone having someone skilled pilot it. Such a great machine, and great driving!

Definitely an exciting, and rewarding day.

Thanks for letting us P car guys hang out with you (887 and 77) I took the opportunity to go out with one of you on the second course before I ran it, as we were not allowed to walk that one. It was a big help when I went out because I was able to memorise most of it before my run. I don't remember the driver but he stayed on course the whole time, not an easy thing to do going out blind.

I'd like to take the opportunity to thank Steve, Larry, and all of the instructors and volunteers at Sunday's Autocross Test and Tune for such a great experience.

After attending one of the Boston Chapter's ADSS events and upon recommendation from a friend, I signed up for this weekend's event with a few of my Evo-driving friends. We all had a blast and really enjoyed the amount of seat time we got as well as the pointers from a great batch of instructors.

The event was run well, and was a great way to spend what turned out to be a nice Sunday in July. I've signed up for the August session and I look forward to getting back out there again...below I've posted some pictures that my wife took at the event...next time we'll catch some more of the rest of the field but these are pretty "Evo-centric". I'd welcome links/pics that anyone else has from the day.
