Member Survey Ideas

We are about to create a member survey to see what interests our members have and to solicit feedback from everyone. We did this about 5 years ago or so.

I would be happy to consider questions or areas that anyone thinks we should be surveying. The questions can be broad or specific. We can't make the survey too long (or the response rate will suffer), but I'm definitely interested in hearing ideas and suggestions. I think we have room for a few more questions.
