just wanted to shout out my cheers to Christo and Larry for organizing the event, to John, an evil genius of course design, to all the instructors who rode with us novices [especially to Christo]and to Hank for an absolutely fantastic novice walk through [i think somebody ought to award him the title "Novice Chief" responsible for all the rest of the season's novice walks (-:]

anyway, THANKS, guys!   BTW, the jeers go to Mother Nature.

Athena, I really liked the course too - loved the mix of faster sweepers in the first half and the tighter sections in the second half. It was great riding with you and seeing that you made good improvement throughout the day. And that most of all: everyone seemed to be having fun at the event. We were lucky to break down the course and tent in record time and get out of there in a nick of time just before the sky fell on us ;o) I think rowing a boat might have been easier than driving the van back to its parking spot on our way out :o)

See you again in August!

Christo
